Students in 6th grade spent weeks following their passion and learning more about something in which they have an interest.
The results were fascinating! Some pursued a sport or a hobby. Others did a service project to support animals, those suffering from hunger, special needs students, kids with cancer or reducing the use of plastics. Still others invented something: sideways elevators, Greek Mythology trading cards, a water filtration system, a community garden, a climbing backpack with grapplers. Some did research on topics like World War II, pollution and hunger.
The ideas, effort, creations and products were amazing.
